We have some trouble shooting options to assist tenants with their maintenance requests. These guides will appear when you are lodging your request through the link above.
If you have an Emergency after office hours please refer to your lease agreement for details of procedure and tradespeople to contact.
If after a severe Storm you have an Urgent water leak at the property or damage is incurred please contact the State Emergency Service (SES) on 132 500 for urgent assistance.
