For all rental payments our office uses the DEFT Payment system. This is a rental payment system provided by Macquarie Bank that allows tenants to pay by direct debit, BPAY or credit card if they choose. Each tenant arranges their own payments and can setup recurring payments if they choose.
For the first payments of rent or deposits these are usually made using BPAY with the Biller Code of 4481. Each tenancy is allocated their own unique reference number.
