Ella Kassebaum

Ella Kassebaum began her real estate career after relocating from Adelaide to Brisbane in late 2024. Eager to immerse herself in the industry, she joined Geoff’s team where she has been involved in the sales process from the very beginning of her time in Brisbane.

For her first year in the industry, Ella worked closely within sales administration and contract management, supporting both buyers and sellers from the moment a property goes under contract through to settlement. This experience provided her with a strong understanding of the full transaction process and the important role each party plays, including solicitors, buyers, and vendors. Her attention to detail and focus on clear communication helped ensure a smooth and organised experience for clients during this crucial stage of the sale.

Having built a solid foundation in the operational side of real estate, Ella has now transitioned into a Sales Associate role within Geoff’s team. This progression allows her to combine her behind-the-scenes knowledge of the sales process with a more client-facing position, assisting buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.

During her first year in the industry, Ella regularly assisted the team at open homes whenever an extra set of hands was needed, while also attending industry workshops and training opportunities to build her understanding of the Brisbane market and the sales process. What began as additional support for the team has naturally become a regular part of her responsibilities as a Sales Associate.
