I have had recent dealings with Marjan Rafiee, through her current employer Ray White Annerley.She assisted myself in finding a property to purchase & in this time I found her to be extremely helpful & insightful. I advised her of what I was looking for & she endeavored to compile a list of properties which suited my needs. She then took the time to show me through each property, & ask for honest feedback which I found to be extremely proactive & beneficial for my cause. From those properties, I found one which suited & began negotiations. During this time she was more than happy to help & went out of her way to accommodate my needs. In addition she guided me through the process explaining everything in a relatable way. I noticed how hard she was working for the seller to the extent of compiling a thorough market analysis guiding the seller through their decision.
